с 10.10.2016 в Иммиграционной службе Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов вступили в силу новые правила:
- Если срок действия паспорта менее, чем 6 месяцев до даты начала поездки, то в визе будет отказано.
- Если у туриста есть действующая виза от любого туроператора, то в случае повторного запроса туристу в визе будет отказано.
- Если у туриста была запрошена, но не была выдана виза с любым туроператором, а потом была запрошена с другим туроператором, туристу в визе будет отказано.
- Если турист превысил срок пребывания в стране с любым туроператором, в следующей визе ему будет отказано.
This is to bring into your urgent attention that since June 2016 onwards Dubai immigration has implemented following rules on visa applications:
- Cancellation is must for all applications that will be Rejected due to any reason.
- Cancellation is must for all application that are in Documents Required for more than 7 days.
- Cancellation is must for all applications that are approved but due to any reason the applicant or passenger have not used their visa within 2 months of visa validity.
- Any application processed at any Tourism company (while the 1st application is not canceled) will be immediately rejected. In this case the 1st application and the 2nd application will both need to be canceled in order to apply for the 3rd time.
- For applicants inside the country, DO NOT APPLY until the applicant status is EXIT or LEFT from the Country, otherwise the application will be Rejected and will need to be canceled for re-apply.
Please note that all cancellations will be charged as per the agreed contract rates.
